What to do: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us. We will ask you to return the goods in their original condition with their original packaging and tags. We always recommend keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible if return items are lost in transit. For returning items under £40 in value, 2nd class post with a proof of postage will be fine. For items over £40, we recommend using a 2nd class Signed For service.
